Аннотация: представлен обзор наиболее значимых событий, позволяющий увидеть тренды государственной политики КНР в свете решений XX съезда КПК, направленные на создание страны с сильными правами интеллектуальной собственности мирового уровня с китайской спецификой. Выделены основные акценты, над которыми предстоит работать ведомству КНР по интеллектуальной собственности. Рассмотрены стратегические приоритеты, в центре которых эффективное использование прав интеллектуальной собственности как неотъемлемой части инновационного развития. Представлена информация о реализации проекта по строительству национальных центров защиты прав интеллектуальной собственности и созданию ученых степеней в области интеллектуальной собственности.
