Главная задача и результат исследования – новый подход к разработке технологических радаров, основанных на патентных данных. Впервые в мировую практику сопоставления технологий введены новые показатели, основанные на патентной аналитике (захват патентами новых рынков, широта распространения искусственного интеллекта и другие показатели). Принципы проектирования технологических радаров и сценарии их применения могут использоваться для широкого спектра задач управления наукой, технологиями и инновациями: формирование программ развития, модернизация производства, отбор перспективных проектов и др.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The paper presents an approach to the development of technological radars based on patent data. For the first time, new indicators based on patent analytics have been introduced into the global practice of technology benchmarking (the penetration of new markets, the breadth of artificial intelligence, and other indicators).
