На основе анализа зарубежного опыта и отечественной правоприменительной практики разработаны обоснованные предложения по корректировке требований к документам заявки и правил ее рассмотрения в виде проектов норм права. В частности, сформулированы перечни признаков ИИ, которые могут характеризовать ИИ в формуле изобретения, а также требования к раскрытию в описании характеристик обучающих данных, методов обучения и стратегии валидации (проверки) модели ИИ.</p></abstract><trans-abstract xml:lang="en"><p>The article presents the results of a study on problematic issues related to the disclosure of information on inventions and utility models based on the use of AI in a patent application. Based on the analysis of foreign experience and domestic law enforcement practice, substantiated proposals have been developed for adjusting the requirements for application documents and the rules for their examination in the form of draft legal norms.
