В статье анализируется опыт международного и регионального сотрудничества в рамках ВОИС, касающийся использования изобретений и технологических инноваций в области охраны окружающей среды. Особое внимание уделяется анализу использования информационной системы ВОИС WIPO GREEN, которая может представлять потенциальный интерес для российских отраслевых организаций и научных учреждений, поскольку с ее помощью они имеют возможность предлагать свои технологические разработки для использования или внедрения другими пользователями практически во всех зарубежных странах и, с другой стороны, размещать информацию о своих потребностях для получения предложений о внедрении готовых технологий, разработанных другими фирмами. Для административных и управленческих органов нашей страны представляет интерес опыт организации и осуществления международных и региональных мероприятий при активном участии ВОИС, как, например, обучающие семинары по использованию интеллектуальной собственности для стимулирования изобретательства в сфере зеленых технологий, организация «стыковочных» встреч между провайдерами зеленых технологий и потенциальными пользователями, осуществление национальных проектов в области экологии при содействии ВОИС и т. Д. В статье подчеркивается, что, за небольшим исключением, участие российских организаций в указанной международной системе WIPO GREEN и других формах международного разделения труда является крайне незначительным.
