Powers of FSBI “FALPIAR” in the field of protection of state interests for the period from the moment of creation and up to 2013
Abstract
Within the framework of this article, the author conducted a retrospective analysis of the activities of FSBI “FALPIAR” from its foundation to 2013, when the institution was transferred to the jurisdiction of the Federal Service for Intellectual Property, the result of which is a brief historical summary of the reasons for the es- tablishment of FSBI “FALPIAR” and the main areas of activity in the field of disposal of rights to the results of intellectual activity of military, special and dual-use.
