Peculiarities of Eurasian space systems of registration and granting legal protection for industrial designs
Abstract
The article presents the results of the research of the main provisions of the normative legal acts regulating the issues of registration and granting Protection to industrial designs in the member states of the Eurasian Patent organization, normative legal acts regulating the Eurasian system of legal Protection of industrial designs, statements of the member states of the Eurasian Patent organization made within the Framework of participation in the Hague system of international registration of industrial designs. The article also highlights the results of the analysis of the information of the national Patent offices of the designated states on the decisions on refusal to register industrial designs, received on the basis of Filling in the questionnaire of the Eurasian Patent office. Relevance the relevance of the topic is conditioned By the effectiveness of industrial design as a tool to attract and retain consumers in conditions of high competition and wide choice in the market of goods and services.
